The superior queen room was spacious, modern, and full of light, far exceeding my expectations from previous trips in new york. The speakeasy lounge was a fun surprise.

Very nice experience there. The hotel with modern rooms, in a pretty quiet area, so close to everything. Marvellous location just a pleasant stroll away from Herald Square. Early check in and late check out. Everything modern.

Spotlessly clean place & attentive and caring staff from the front desk to the bellman to the maids. Very central location, good base for discovering New York. Quite close to the airport, 15 km, perfect for an early flight.

Make sure to get deluxe queen room with utensils, modern aircon, for example. It has superfriendly staff members on the reception desk😃

Functional & brand-new rooms with kitchenette. Great and easy location, next to An Art Deco - Style Skyscraper, greatly enjoyed this place.

More assistance with luggage handling would be helpful.

But goodness, getting my luggage up those steep stairs reminded me of an Olympic sport! And don't even get me started on the elusive water in my room-who needs hydration anyway?

I loved the easy access to Grand Central Terminal, only 500 meters away, and it was just a pleasant 1.5 km stroll to Times Square. The room was really comfy and full of light.

The coffee machine was complicated to operate, and the bathroom lighting was dim, less inviting. There was a noticeable lack of information in the room regarding local attractions and services.

Amazing place with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and air conditioning. On my first stay, staff helped me with my room issue late at night. I highly recommend it for anyone needing a comfortable city break.

The room was spacious and the bed super comfy. Loved that it was a short walk to grand central station and broadway. The on-site speakeasy and the restaurant were such fun additions. Everything felt modern, and i appreciated the cleanliness. Definitely a solid pick!

I gotta say the penthouse room was a huge win for me, had a Nespresso machine, nothing like that first coffee of the day. Plus the staff were super friendly, always greeted me right.

Now, it wasn't exactly a bargain but given the location and what you get, it's still reasonable.
